New Beginnings!
Having set up the business near the village of Kilmelford, Argyll Jess and I made the decision to leave our roles and buy a small croft in Caithness, Highlands. We found a lovely small cottage in the country with outbuildings and land post covid and made the decision to set up further north to develop our own businesses ideas and to establish our own kitchen for the business. Within months of the move we had converted one of our outbuildings in to a working kitchen allowing us to continue developing the business along with the undertaking of other exciting ventures including the building of a small glamping site and motorhome stay.
2 years on and we are now fully established in our new lives which involves bringing up our 2 and a half year old boy. Despite the whirlwind 2 and a half years we have continued to work away with the business and establish a good range of high quality established names who stock and sell our two artisan mustards across Scotland. Alongside this we are also working with a number of well known restaurants and cafes throughout the country. Over the coming months we will look to begin to take the business forward again with the development of new products and a range of new stockists helping us to grow our brand.
We would like to place on record our thanks to all the shops, cafes and restaurants and you, our customers that have supported us over the past 3 years as continue the journey. Lets see what the coming months and years bring for Forbescroft as we continue to produce high quality small batch artisan products.
